Now I see...

Now I see...

This series explores shapes and color in reflection of memories as a child playing "I spy" with my brother in the car at night. With a limited color pallet, we would try to choose colors far away in signs and billboards. Being so far away, often we could barely make out the color. As the car approached, the color would become more clear, but by that time, often, the person searching for the color would miss it and the car would pass on. The moment of discovering the color from a dull distance to in front of our eyes had passed. The limited color pallet would repeat and over time, we were able to see fully colors before they appeared in their vibrancy.
